This is, probably, one of the toughest questions I ever tried to answer. Girls are so different and, yet, there are so many similarities between them. Most girls have similar dreams and desires, even when they try to look different.
Like many years ago, today’s girls dream of having a great guy, who will understand them, love them, support them, and provide for them. They dream of being the most beautiful. They want to be forever young. Most girls want to look fashionable and modern. They want to be loved and desired by their men. However, more and more girls and women want to be respected for their professionalism. Actually, business-minded women may even get offended, when rewarded not for their professional achievements but simply for being women. More and more women in this world dream to be recognized as professional women, who can improve organizational performance, develop themselves, and manage others. Women dream to become outstanding leaders and famous personalities, and they work really hard to achieve these goals!
But back to guys, what else in this world can be so interesting and intriguing among girls? It seems sometimes that we can discuss guys for hours. We constantly look for that ideal one but cannot find anyone even close to that ideal. At times, we cannot even define what exactly we want to see in an ideal guy. This is what typical girls says about their “guy dreams”:
- “I dream of a guy who will be kissing me in the street, even under the pouring rain”;
- “I want to have a guy who will believe that I am the center of the whole world”;
- “I need a guy who will constantly tell me how much he loves me”;
- “I dream of having a guy who will adore me the way I am, without any changes!”;
- “I wish I had a guy who would not care how terrible I look in the morning”;
- “I need an honest guy”, and so on.
Now let’s look at these things. Kissing you in the street, even in the pouring rain? Aren’t you afraid of catching a cold? Those who think that guys will treat them like the center of the world are deeply mistaken, because a girl can never be guy’s center, as long as he has a car, a bike, a computer game, his workplace, his career, and his small male pleasures. Those who want a guy who will adore them without any changes simply lack any motivation to improve themselves, and those who look for honesty may easily face things they don’t really want to see or hear. So, girls, before you dream of something, stop and think clearly what it is. Try to be reasonable and think several steps ahead of your dream. Do not imagine that someone will love you just for being yourself, well except your parents and siblings (which is also not guaranteed). If you don’t agree with what I have just said, try not to hate me. Take a minute to laugh and proceed with your dreams!
