I've had so many odd jobs in the computer industry. Professionally, I'm just a glorified sysadmin. I've got programming skills, but nothing fancy. My real talent is for knowing all the stupid trivia about bugs and workarounds, security holes and things that cause shit to crash or grind. I tend to be the one that goes and fixes computers that are misbehaving just because I'm real good at it. I'm in the process of setting up a little one-man fixit operation, now that I'm confident enough to do things on my own.
