We want to be fashionable! We want to look astonishing! We want to be bright and attractive every day! You may be surprised, but you do not need billions of dollars to look that way. All you need is to understand that proper nutrition, vitamins and nutrients greatly influence your mood and physique.
We girls enjoy torturing ourselves with all sorts of cosmetic procedures. Liposuction, anti-cellulite massage, peeling and hair removal, all these procedures are at least painful and, at worst, dangerous to our lives. However, it is easy to avoid all these problems and complications, if we sit down and think of what we have eaten today and what we will eat tomorrow. A simple question about our foods can also provide answers to the most vital questions about our health.
I am strongly committed to the idea of balanced nutrition. I am against any extreme diets, and I donít think they can do any good, unless your organism does not accept this or that particular food product. For example, you may be allergic on food, and this is an important reason why these foods are excluded from your diet. In all other situations, eating everything but reasonably can become the best choice you ever make in life. I will try to explain why I think this way.
First of all, and based on the recommendations of the National Health and Medical Research Council, we need about 40 vitamins and minerals to be healthy. As you understand, you have a variety of food products in your diet, to make sure you get everything you need for your beauty. The most difficult task is to decide which products are rich in vitamins and minerals, how they combine, and how they should be eaten. If you want to get enough vitamins and minerals from food, choose the healthiest options from each of the five food categories and enjoy your life to the fullest!
These five categories of products include fruits, vegetables, cereals, meat, and dairy. Choose small portions from each of these categories, and you will see how your health and wellbeing will improve! It is at least incorrect to believe that we cannot eat bread or cookies. All we need to do is to be reasonable! A small piece of wholegrain bread will do more good than bad. You always have more than one food option! Additionally, use healthy oils and fats and consume plenty of fluids, especially water and tea. Limit sweet drinks and alcohol. Treat yourself with what you think is harmful, for example, a piece of fried meat, and you will have some room to enjoy your diet in bright colors! This way you will also have better motivation to stick to your balanced diet!
