Have you ever gone out of the house and realized once you got halfway to where you’re going that you have broken out or simply not applied your makeup the way you wanted it to look?
I’m sure it has happened to every woman at least once. Not being prepared for those impromptu moments could really be a pain in the neck. This is why, I advise always keeping an emergency makeup kit with you somewhere and pack it with things that you might need on a moments notice. Check out these things that I try to keep handy for those makeup nightmares.
If you need to transform yourself from a day look to a night look, you need to have certain things with you. You never know when you might be invited to a party or some other event that you need to be ready for and therefore, you want to look your best. You should always keep with you some eye liner that is of a brighter color, some lipstick, and even some bronzer and eye shadow. This way, no matter what look you’re going for you can easily transform yourself from day to night without much hassle at all.
Don’t you just hate it on those mornings, when you wake up and realize you have a huge pimple on your face or raccoon circles around your eyes? And if I am right you likely don’t always have the time to fix it. Therefore, you need to make sure that you have your tools handy to give you a boost in confidence. Concealer for around the eye and the rest of your face is a great way to cover up those dark circles or pimples for the rest of the day.
Every woman should keep this with her at all times for those moments that just seem to pop up.
In your makeup bag you should of course always have the basics ready to go when needed. You want to include powder, foundation, blush, and mascara. If you have travel sizes that would be easier to commute with or to slip into a small evening bag for those touch up moments. Another must have in your makeup bag is sunscreen. You need to make sure that you have some of good quality that has at least SPF30 in it to protect your skin from the harsh effects of the sun’s rays.
Lastly, you want to make sure that you have those essentials for when you are simply tired of being made up and you want to take it all off.
Things such as makeup remover, cleansing wipes, and even a treatment mask might not be a bad idea to have with you. This makes it easy for you to remove your “face” and just feel free.
